Flexible Laminated Copper Bus Bars

Stack your batteries.Stack your power.

Purpose-built interconnects that parallel your Endurance 5 batteries right up the front of the rack. No cable spaghetti. No current bottlenecks.

The Problem With Cables

Current Bottleneck

Traditional wiring forces current to flow through each battery.

Cable the batteries together the usual way, and the bottom battery's internal bus bar has to carry the current from every battery above it. That's a 150A-rated path trying to handle 400A+ of combined current — a bottleneck waiting to cause problems. External bus bars solve this by creating a parallel path up the front of the stack, with your main cables connecting at the end.

How It Works

Designed to stack.

Each Endurance 5 has two positive and two negative terminals on the front, stacked vertically. On a standalone battery, this lets you connect two devices independently — say, an inverter and a charger — without a busbar or distribution block. The internal terminals are linked with a 150A bus bar inside the battery.

Our interconnect bus bars are shaped so the bar from above overlaps the bar going below at each terminal. Two M8 bolts compress the overlapping ends into a single joint. Your main cables attach at the end of the bus bar run — so each battery's current takes the shortest path out, rather than flowing through every battery below it.

Three batteries? Four? Five? It doesn't matter. The system scales without overloading internal connections.

Why Laminated Copper

Flexibility Without Fatigue

Many thin copper layers instead of one solid bar. Each layer moves independently, absorbing thermal expansion and vibration without stress fractures or work hardening.

Center-Dipped Insulation

1mm rubber coating on the middle section provides insulation where the bar passes between batteries. The connection ends remain bare copper for maximum conductivity at the joints.

Stacking Joint Design

The bar going up overlaps the bar going down at each terminal. Two M8 bolts compress the stack — no crimps, no lugs, just copper-to-copper contact. Your main cables connect at the ends of the bar run.

Open Frame Compatible

Designed specifically for our 5-slot rack's open frame design. The bars mount on the front face of the batteries — fully visible, easily accessible, no cable management headaches.

Engineered for Flexibility

Laminated construction allows extreme bends for tighter battery spacing without compromising conductivity or causing fatigue.
